Return to School - Advocacy

School Council has sent letters, advocating for a safe return to school plan, to the Premier, Minister of Education, Superintendent of the TDSB, our Trustee, the Director of Education and our administration.

If you would like to add your voice to advocate for a safe school re-opening, here’s what you can do:

• Support OntarioSAFE

• Contact the Ministry of Education and insist on enough funding for teachers for smaller class sizes across the whole board - (takes 2 minutes)

• Call the Premier's office to express your concerns 416-325-1941 - (takes 5 minutes)

• Call the Minister of Education’s office to express your concerns 416-325-2600 (takes 5 minutes)

• Write a letter to your MPP and Member of Parliament (takes 1 minute - template provided)

• Email your school trustee (takes 1 minute - template provided)

• Demand reduced class sizes (takes 30 seconds)

• Advocate for the use of TVO & Online Education (takes 30 seconds)
